Timely Ideas was retained by Aventis, a leading international pharmaceutical company, to devise, produce, and oversee an integrated internal communications campaign promoting its Global Employee Opinion Survey. The campaign was enacted to increase participation in the survey and required commonly themed materials to be produced in eleven languages to effectively reach 90,000 employees across two divisions worldwide. Collaborating with the Aventis Human Resources Communications Team, we developed a powerful theme, a series of core messages, and a set of creative designs. We then launched an integrated campaign utilizing a variety of media to communicate the theme and core messages across the organization. Specific executions included Flash animations for internal broadcast, posters, banners, tent cards, and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates. The campaign was rolled out 45 days prior to the survey and successfully raised enrollment by over 30%, resulting in an overall participation rate of 65% worldwide.
Timely Ideas was chosen to architect and jumpstart project communications for a Pearson-wide SAP 4.6 installation that leveraged the Accelerated SAP implementation methodology and crossed multiple lines of business. This engagement involved conducting stakeholder analyses, establishing an identity for the project, and developing strategies to keep all employees informed of progress. Communications activities included establishing a program identity, building a project based website, creating awareness building artifacts, and conducting team-building events. Timely Ideas was selected by HNC Software's telecom division to craft a baseline marketing strategy to bolster its global sales efforts. Our primary responsibility involved developing a re-usable tactical framework that could be tailored to meet market needs in Europe, South America, the Middle East, and the Pacific Rim. An on-line survey and series of focus groups were conducted with the HNC sales team to reveal region specific market needs, perceptions, and insights. Results were presented to HNC senior management and provided the foundational building blocks for developing and launching an integrated marketing plan of targeted business development activities across its global footprint.
Timely Ideas provided the HR Change Management leadership for a company-wide SAP software upgrade (Version 4.6b) that cut across multiple business units and affected more than 1,500 users. Timely Ideas was tapped by the Royalty Services Group of global publishing giant Pearson Inc. to create an informational brochure introducing its new royalty statement to more than 60,000 authors. This collateral was crucial to effectively communicating the content and format of a newly revised statement resulting from the consolidation of eight varieties into one. Timely Ideas led the Royalties Team in identifying key messages, calling-out important changes, and effectively expressing the nuances of the new form in time to meet strict deadlines for twice-annual statement issuance.
During its start-up phase, EXENET Technologies chose Timely Ideas to create a brand and modular sales kit that would project a world class image to its target market. Timely Ideas interviewed key clients / suppliers to gain insights into marketplace perceptions of EXENET and collaborated with its senior management team to craft positioning strategies, themes and messages. A complete set of corporate identity materials was produced, including a capabilities brochure, sell sheets, business cards, letterhead and awareness building postcards.

This hospitality franchise was transforming a property from a Holiday Inn to a more upscale Crowne Plaza Hotel and needed a marketing strategy and materials to effectively spread the word about the image makeover. Timely Ideas was selected to re-position the property and create visibility that would attract new corporate based business.
